Covenants for Use:

The following covenants apply to all pre-authorized uses of FITJ Materials and FITJ Services and shall be strictly adhered to. Non-adherence to any of the following covenants shall be considered a breach of this copyright policy, subject to any remedies available to FITJ:

• FITJ Materials and all copies thereof shall remain the exclusive property of FITJ.

• You shall not reproduce, modify, copy, aggregate, distribute, transmit, display, publish, license, or transfer any FITJ Materials and/or FITJ Services.

Following their release for usage, FITJ Materials and/or FITJ Services may only be used for the specific purpose they were tailored for, as set out in a written agreement or contract with FITJ. Usage for other teams, departments, or entities requires special approval from FITJ and may involve additional fees.

If You use or receive any FITJ Materials and/or FITJ Services, You agree with FITJ’s policies and are bound to keep the intellectual property of FITJ confidential. Any breach will result in invoicing for the FITJ Materials and/or FITJ Services and any applicable fees or remedies available to FITJ.

By accessing or using FITJ content or this website (the “Website”), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and to comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
